MUSIKNUTZUNG IN EIGEN- UND AUFTRAGSPRODUKTIONEN VON RUNDFUNK- UND FERNSEHANSTALTEN MIT GEMA-RAHMENVERTRAG
- Für diesen Fall können Sie die Titel direkt frei herunterladen und in Ihren Produktionen nutzen.
Zwischen den Sendern und der GEMA sowie auch der GVL bestehen Gesamtverträge, so dass für Sie keinerlei Lizenzgebühren anfallen. Grunsätzlich müssen Sie jedoch eine Musikaufstellung über die in Ihrem Projekt genutzte Musik an die GEMA übermitteln. Mittlerweile ist jedoch selbst dieser Vorgang bei vielen Sendern nicht mehr nötig, da ein automatisiertes Audiofingerprinting System eingeführt wurde. Bitte informieren Sie sich bei den jeweiligen Sendern, ob Sie noch eine GEMA-Musikaufstellung beibringen müssen oder dies nicht mehr notwendig ist.

und bei Aufführungen (Messe, Festival, Live Events).
Wide Range Electric übermittelt Ihnen direkt ein Lizenzangebot in Form einer Rechnung, welche gleichzeitig Ihren Lizenzvertrag darstellt. Mit Zahlung des Rechnungsbetrages gilt die Lizenz als erteilt. Alle von Wide Range Electric vergebenen Lizenzen sind zeitlich unbegrenzt, so dass Sie keine Nachlizenzierungen veranlassen oder bezahlen müssen.
Nach Lizenzerteilung durch Wide Range Electric ist eine GEMA-Musikaufstellung (siehe oben) dennoch notwendig. Je nach Nutzungsart fällt der GEMA-Tarifpreis an.

LICENCES - Please be fair and submit statements to the collecting society
Licensing music is easy with Wide Range Electric and provides legal certainty. There are two different ways of licensing: ATTENTION ! All our tracks are monitored by fingerprinting from Vericast worldwide !
All you have to do in this case is to submit a music statement about the music used in your project to GEMA or the respective collecting society. There are no license fees for you. Basis are the contracts concluded between the broadcasters and the GEMA or the respective collecting society as well as the GVL or the respective neighboring rights society.

( copies of up to 1000 pcs ) .
Corporate - 89 EUR
This license covers the sychronisation of music in a corporate or social video production (e.g. imagefilm, business film, educational film) for comprehensive exploitation on the internet (film on the web,streaming) on DVD and at public events (trade fair, festival, live events).
3. MUSIC USAGE IN COMMERCIALS, MOVIES,TRAILERS, GAMES AND OTHER MEDIA .
Wide Range Electric will send you a license offer in the form of an invoice, which simultaneously represents your license agreement. Upon payment of the invoice amount, the license is considered granted. All licenses issued by Wide Range Electric are perpetual.
After licensing by Wide Range Electric, a music statement (see above) for GEMA or the respective collecting society is still necessary. Depending on the type of use, the GEMA tariff applies.
